This season of Chinese New Year has drop on the same day with the Valentine's Day.
It is great timing to finally got this Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet, two weeks before Valentine's day. I am glad to gave this Pink Beetle to my wife as her Valentine's gift.

This Johnny Lightning comes with a very nice sweet heart shape printed car cover, nice heart shape rear car plate, nice rim cap, white wall tires & seal with a kiss.

Ya, I also want to wish you Blessed Chinese New Year 2010.

Some say collecting die cast is just collecting some toy car for your own fun (siok sendiri).
For me it is an investment, like shares or bonds.
Sometime back some one told me that the most expensive HW car is a VW bus with a surf board suck in behind.
Just found out one of the owner is Bruce Pascal. If you have an extra $150K USD laying around, you can own it.

At last my garage accessory set is here. I had been waiting for like over a year for this set. It is one of the very rare item, that made by a Die-Cast car maker. This set is made by Greenlight(GL), under the Muscle car garage accessory pack.
Greenlight was not very well know over Asia region. But it does make very detail cars. Like always, my wish is to see more of GL products in Malaysia.

Finally my Tomica Limited car No: 001 arrived last week. I been waiting for a long time, since end of last year.


This TL 001 is Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R(KPGC110).
The paint job is very good.
Detail area - GT-R logo, signal light, white reverse light, front & back light.
The casting do have some minor defect on the rear spoiler. Please check the back view picture below.

Here are some of my oldest car that have played during my childhood. It is difficult to keep some of this classic toy as you grow up. The first two cars was kept at my home town since I was at my late teens. I just found it back at one of my boxes, which use to keep my old stuff. It is like I found a treasure, which kept by myself.
The other two 007 cars was found from some older collector here at PJ.

New Year with new hope to see more new brand of cars into my collection list.
This CARISMA brand is a new brand to me, that I found in Melaka. The price is reasonable for it's quality. I am looking forward for more Carisma cars in town. (PJ)

This real Lamborghini Murcielago picture was taken at Singapore last year. As I was on my way to the TRU at Orchard road.
I later found out that, Tomica Limited also has one of it Murcielago painted at the same colour too. Except it does not have side mirrors.
This set of TL 0043 Lamborghini Murcielago come with two colour.(White & Yellow) It also have it on the normal Tomy car range, No. 87, Scale 1/62, made in China at 2003.
